Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you credit or exchange. On Items that are being exchange A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGE, ITEMS EXCHANGE ARE FINAL SALE; THE CUSTOMER HAS TO COVER THE SHIPPING COST, a shipping label could be offer if the CURRET order is $150+ To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your order confirmation should be plenty, order number etc. You must send item to us, we recommend getting a shipping option with tracking, we will not be held responsible if the product does not get to us

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, not open (open box is ok) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it is a clothing item it cannot have sweat marks, makeup on, sings that it has been washed, deodorant or have body odor
Several types of goods are also exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate SUCH AS LINGERIE, BATHING SUITS AND BODY SUITS that fit like lingerie or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Makeup is also included in this category

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost Items
in the event of a lost item on the process of shipping we will do a one time replacement on partial or full package depending on availability of goods, we will not be responsible if the replacement package gets lost or stolen and we will not offer a refund at this point REPLACEMENT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
